Paul R. Kielhold, Director

Director Kielhold was elected to the Board in 2018 and was re-elected in 2022. He represents Division V, which includes Highland, Mentone and Yucaipa, as well as East Valley Water District, South Mesa Water Company, Western Heights Water Company and Yucaipa Valley Water District. Director Kielhold is a 60-year resident of Yucaipa. He owns a small business and has 45+ years of experience as a project manager and environmental analyst. He previously served on the Yucaipa Planning Commission and the San Bernardino County Grand Jury.
