You may provide comments in person during the meeting, or submit written comments in advance to be included in the public record. Meetings of the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District are conducted in compliance with California’s Brown Act, which ensures transparency in local government. The Act provides the public with the right to attend, observe, and participate in open meetings. Agendas are posted in advance, and all actions are taken in open session unless specifically allowed by law to be discussed in closed session.
